A great alternative to guitar, learning ukulele gives especially beginners and young learners an easy start playing stringed instruments! It’s a small instrument that is easy to hold and easy to learn whether you’re trying to learn how to strum along to your favorite tunes or learn how to read music.
For children ages 5-11 we kick start our musical journey with a strong foundation in learning how to read music in standard notation for the treble clef, something that is a critical weak point in the guitar community today! We do this by teaching from our very own unique curriculum comprised of popular songs from video games, movies, radio hits, and more!
For teens and adult students we take on a “Montessori” approach to teaching. We guide our student’s musical journey by learning songs that they personally love and want to learn and interweave music theory and even reading music through the student’s song choices.
