By enrolling in our school you agree to the following:

Tuition is billed on the 1st or the 15th of every month.
A card processing fee of $6 per student is added in your monthly billing.
All tuition is nonrefundable.
A notice either written or verbal is required to unenroll from auto-pay if you decide to unenroll from lessons
Unenrolling from billing at any time opens up your reserved time to the public and may result in loss of your preferred lesson time.

Each student receives a total of 4, 30-minute lessons per month or 4, 1-hour lessons per month depending on the terms of your enrollment. We understand that sometimes due to illness or unforeseen events you need to miss a scheduled lesson so we will allow you one makeup or reschedule per month. No more than one makeup lesson per month unless the instructor misses a lesson. Makeup lessons cannot be rolled over into subsequent payment periods.
If you would like to receive a makeup, makeup lessons are done either by coming in another day of the week that isn’t your regular lesson time or extending your following week’s lesson to recover missed time.

Traffic, traffic, traffic! We understand that sometimes you may be late to your lesson. If you think you will be more than 15 minutes late to your lessons, request a makeup lesson.
Being late to your lesson means you will receive a shorter lesson since you are allotted a specific time in our schedule. Try your best to not be late!!

Holidays: We are closed the following days
- Spring Break (following Conroe ISD)
- July 4th
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas and New Year (December 24 through January 3th)
- Lessons are billed regularly during these times with no makeups
